For those of you who follow our Facebook page, you already know that at the end of August 2023, the doors of Villa Bonsall closed for good.  For those just finding out this news, that would mean that you were looking forward to staying with us but sadly will no longer have the ability to do so, and for that, we are very sorry.

     These past four and a half years I have been able to share our home and my vision of our little yurt air b-n-b with so many of you from all over the world.  I am proud to have built a place of peaceful retreat for all to come rest and recharge.  A place where the air was calmer, breakfast was tastier, the orange juice fresher, and the coffee just the right sweetness.  Where your problems only existed beyond our gates and where life stood still giving our guests a moment to just breathe.

 

    We have been incredibly blessed to have each of you come to Villa Bonsall to share your lives and your time with us and hope that all of our yurters felt accepted, safe, loved, and cared for during your stay.  In return, we have received such incredible gifts of love, friendship, and good vibes during the time we were able to spend with all of you.  It was both an experience and a pleasure that will never be forgotten.

 

    I wish I could thank each and every one of you personally, as there have been so many who have helped along this journey.  There are a few that I want to take a moment to recognize, if it were not for them Villa Bonsall wouldn't have been possible.  A huge thank you to my extended family at Anthem Church and all the support and guidance they provided us over the last 5 years.

 

     Without question, though, the one who has been there from the very beginning was my webmaster, guru, and good friend MJ Tinling.  From the moment I first expressed this vision, she was on board to help expand the dream.  She built our amazing website, was always available to collaborate, and served as a much-needed sounding board for critique or advice.  Our love and gratitude to MJ; throughout this adventure, as well as to her amazing husband and awesome daughter who have been invaluable.  We are grateful to know they will be there for things to come.

     As for what the future holds for us going forward...

                   I've got some ideas.  So for now, my wonderful friends, I can only say, STAY TUNED.
